3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Eligibility

To use JustAd, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current

3.2 Account Creation

When creating an account, you must:

• Create a secure password
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Verify your email address

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

3.4 Multiple Accounts and Sub-Users

JustAd allows you to:

• Create multiple accounts for different business entities or purposes
• Add sub-users or team members to your account

Each account is subject to separate billing and usage limits unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan.

3.5 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

4. Subscription Plans and Fees

4.1 Subscription Model

JustAd operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription plans include:

• Access to the JustAd platform (web and mobile applications)
• AI-powered analytics and campaign optimization
• Integration with supported advertising platforms
• A predetermined number of tokens per billing cycle
• Customer support services

4.2 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are:

• Charged monthly in advance
• Based on your selected plan and token allocation
• Subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Non-transferable between accounts

4.3 Token Allocation

Each subscription plan includes a monthly token allocation. Tokens are consumed when you:

• Use AI-powered analytics features
• Generate reports and insights
• Interact with our AI assistant
• Process data from connected advertising platforms

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

5. Free Trial

5.1 Trial Period

JustAd offers a one-month free trial to new users. During the trial period:

• You have full access to the Service features
• You receive a predetermined token allocation
• No payment is required
• You can cancel at any time without charge

5.2 Trial Eligibility

The free trial is available only to:

• New users who have not previously subscribed to JustAd
• One trial per user or business entity
• Users who provide valid payment information (card will not be charged during trial)

5.3 Trial Conversion

At the end of your trial period:

• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
• Your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee
• You will receive notification before the trial ends
• You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

5.4 Trial Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time
• Determine trial eligibility at our discretion
• Limit trial features or token allocation

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

JustAd accepts payment via credit card. You must provide valid payment information to subscribe to the Service.

Subscription fees are billed monthly on the same date each month (your "billing date"). If a month does not have your billing date, you will be billed on the last day of that month.

• Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month
• Token consumption varies based on feature usage and complexity

7.3 Monitoring Token Usage

You can monitor your token usage through your account dashboard, which displays:

• Current token balance
• Token consumption history
• Projected usage for the billing cycle
• Overage charges (if applicable)

7.4 Exceeding Token Limits

If your token usage approaches or exceeds your monthly allocation:

• Campaign Optimization: AI-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Multi-Platform Integration: Connect and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads
• Report Generation: Automated generation of performance reports and insights
• AI Assistant: Interactive AI assistant to answer questions about your advertising data
• E-commerce Integration: Connect Shopify and other e-commerce platforms for comprehensive analytics

8.2 Platform Availability

The Service is available through:

• Web application (accessible via modern web browsers)
• Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• API access (for enterprise plans)

8.3 Service Updates

• You must comply with each platform's terms of service

• You can revoke platform access at any time through your account settings

• May limit certain JustAd features
• Does not affect your subscription or billing

14. Service Availability

17. Limitation of Liability

• Government actions or regulations
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Third-party service provider failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification
